Happiness
Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being which can be defined by, among others, positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.Happiness is the best state of mind. When we are happy we glow like million watts. Our body has overflowing endorphins, the happy hormones. It is a frame of mind where our endorphins are flowing free & our skin is shining from inside like flashbulbs. When we are happy, we are at peace with the world around us. Happiness come with satisfaction & achievements. When we feel beautiful from inside, we look beautiful from outside. When we are happy, we feel beautiful. I share here, what truly makes me feel happy!!
