Beauty Wellness
Beauty is in eyes of beholder. So true. But also is true radical beauty. Beauty that comes from within. That way, beauty is more than skin deep. If you feel like a beautiful person inside, you would look beautiful on the outside. In USA, Hollywood divas or even celebrity singers maintain themselves very well. They take extreme care of their looks, body, figure, skin & hair health. Now a days, organic products come in handy to naturally take care of skin without disturbing the PH levels. Also exercise is important tool to keep body in good shape. Make up is important to decorate looks. Even tattoos look good. I esp love the bold colorful designs. Skincare, haircare, diet & exercise combines to carry on good looks into the later age. My Go to, good brands are The Body shop, Forest essentials, Clinique, L'oreal, Neutrogena etc
1. Face Cleanser: Cleanse & wash your face first thing after you wake up in the morning. Use a light, organic , plant or flower based cleanser rich in vitamins.
2. Toner/ Astringent :
After cleansing the face, apply a toner on damp skin as a mist or on a cotton swab . It closes the pores & removes excess oil from the skin. It's a very important step.
3. Face Serum :
Apply a light, non- oily facial serum all over face & neck. It could be any serum suitable for the age, type & kind of skin.
4. Light Moisturizer :
Apply a light, non oily moisturizer suitable for skin type. It is to be non greasy, vitamins rich & light in texture that suits all skin types. You can also use a BB/CC cream as a skin coverage & Skin protection. They are also nourishing for the skin.
5. Hair Oil/ Hair Cream/ Hair Food :
Once a week apply hair food on the hair & leave overnight. It could be Aloe Vera Gel, Hair oil, Hair Cream & Hair Mask etc.
6. Shampoo/ Conditioner :
Wash hair with Shampoo 3 times a week & apply Conditioner. Shampoo & Conditioner should be according to hair type & hair quality
7. Hair Serum :
Apply a good hair serum after the hair are dry, before brushing. They come in variety of choices. You can pick whatever suits your hair types.
8. Facial :
It's important to clarify & define your skin with monthly facials. Now a days Caviar, Aromatherapy or Oxygen facials are in vogue.
9. Scrubbing : Scrub your face & neck once a week with a mild, cream based scrub. Apricot or Walnut scrubs are suitable for all skin types. Scrubbing clarifies the skin by cleansing the deep pores of the skin. It's an essential part of beauty rituals to have a glowing skin.
10. Body Massage/ Body Polish : Once a month go for a rejuvenating Head to toe, spa treatment. Indulge in a skin nourishing cream or oil massage. Also Coconut or Chocolate Body polisher make the skin soft & glowing. This is very important part of beauty ritual for body.
