The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is responsible for the civilian space program, as well as aeronautics and aerospace research, in USA. I am a science graduate. NASA facinates me. President Eisenhower established NASA in 1958 for peaceful excursions into space science. NASA science is focused on better understanding Earth through the Earth Observing System & other scientific systems. The NASA was first to launch moon visit through Apollo 11 landing on moon on july 20, 1969. Now researches are on to look for life on Mars & it's environment, through Mars rover. NASA also looks for traces of Alien life in the most scientific way.
